Diploma in Innovation Management

What type of course is it?
The Diploma in Innovation Management provides students with the knowledge and skills to meet the needs of companies in their drive towards innovation and establishing an innovative business environment.

Through a combination of online and classroom teaching methods, a diverse curriculum in innovation theory and practice, and the development of a work-related project in innovation and management, this programme hopes to produce the next generation of innovators. The Diploma is designed to offer a variety of challenges to participants from different disciplinary backgrounds (business, engineers and science, medical, food etc.) by providing individuals with tailored learning to encourage and promote innovative thinking.

How will I benefit?
You will learn about innovation and change and how it effects business operations.  You will seek to identify new process technologies that are appropriate to your industry and that will contribute to improving operational efficiency and competitiveness.  The programme will also address how to manage new product innovation strategies and process technologies effectively, and identify appropriate business process improvements to facilitate the introduction of such technologies.
