The AUA are offering a Diploma in Innovation Management which aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills to meet the needs of companies in their drive towards innovation and establishing an innovative business setting. Through a combination of online and classroom teaching methods, a diverse curriculum in innovation theory and practice, and the development of a work-related project in innovation and management, this program hopes to produce the next generation of innovators. The Diploma is designed to offer a variety of challenges to participants from different disciplinary backgrounds (business, engineers and science, medical, food etc.) by providing individuals with tailored learning to encourage and promote innovative thinking.

This programme will assist students to:

• identify and develop the skills necessary to manage innovation at both operational and strategic levels in your organization;
• familiarise you with business process improvement methods and simulation tools;
• present a professional innovative idea to your peers with the potential to improve business within your organisation.
