Diplomas in Lean Systems, Six Sigma, Lean Healthcare

These postgraduate courses, which are co-ordinated and offered by the University of Limerick, aim to develop participants' process improvement skills.

The Diplomas are distance learning programmes.  They will provide participants with a practical application of Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques within their own organisation.

As the Diploma is at Masters Level, it is aimed at managers, engineers, supervisors, clinicians and technicians who have responsibility for quality or continuous improvement within their organisations and also those who wish to develop knowledge and skills in the area of Lean systems.

The Diploma options allows you to complete course work at Masters level at a reasonable pace with a definite end point and with direct  benefit to you in your career.
